Stay Stellenbucks coupons can only be earned through the payment for a Stay Stellenbucks accommodation offer.
There is no limit on repeat Stay Stellenbucks accommodation purchases.
A minimum stay of two nights is required.
The guest will qualify for coupons to the value of 20% of the accommodation transaction value, to a maximum of R1 200.
Stay for 4 consecutive nights between 4 - 11 August 2022 and Earn double Stellenbucks capped at R2 400.
The coupons will be issued in units of R100 rounded up to the closest hundred rand.
The coupons will be issued 12 hours after the accommodation transaction was cleared for bookings made between 8:00 and 17:00, Monday – Friday.
Same day coupon issuing cannot be guaranteed for accommodation purchases made on a Saturday, Sunday or Friday after 17:00.
The guest's information will be passed on to Plankton Ticketing (Pty) Ltd in order to issue the coupons.
The guest’s information will not be used for any purpose other than for the Stay Stellenbucks campaign.
The Stay Stellenbucks accommodation offer needs to be paid in full in order to qualify for Stay Stellenbucks coupons.
Stay Stellenbucks accommodation purchases are non-refundable.
Subject to availability; the reservation can be postponed, but will have to be redeemed by no later than 30 September 2022.
The Stay Stellenbucks campaign will run so long as donor funds are available. Once funds are depleted, no further accommodation bookings can be made. Coupons, however, can be redeemed until 30 September 2022.



Spend

Coupons can only be redeemed at participating campaign partners for the duration of the campaign.
Coupons will be redeemed through the Plankton app or a Merchant Craft device.
Coupons can be presented to the participating campaign partner in digital format (on a phone or tablet) or in hard copy (printed).
Each coupon is valued at R100.
No change will be given for a coupon redeemed as payment for an amount smaller than the value of the total value of the coupon(s) presented.
Each coupon can only be redeemed once.
Coupons are valid until 30 September 2022.
Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Visit Stellenbosch shall not be liable for any disruption to the campaign, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control.
Visit Stellenbosch reserves the right to amend the campaign period at any time.
